Hiya, after my week away sailing, which I enjoyed thoroughly, even though the weather was atrocious and I spent 4 of 6 days soaking wet and cold. The picture doesn't show the night and force 8 weather, as nodody felt like getting the camera out.
My thanks go to Kate who stood in for me while I was away and ran through karate punches, kicks and stances. I'm sure that those who attended found this worthwhile.
