To show that progress for Aikido students is attainable.
I would like to congratulate Zoe Reeves on achieving her 4th Kyu (Orange belt).
This level brings many new aspects of the Aikido techniques, immobilisations and movements and therefore is not a simple tick in the box to achieve.
Another demonstration to show that the journey we begin will take perseverence and patience.
